Catherine is a teacher, speaker, and writer focusing on mental and spiritual health. She draws on her experience as a hospice and hospital chaplain, her training in a range of complimentary healing modalities, and her own brushes with death and awakening.

With a background in corporate advertising, including 10 years with Time Warner as a senior account executive, Catherine is uniquely equipped to address the mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges of the corporate setting and help people learn to thrive in it.

How can you create balance and ease in difficult times? How do you rewire your brain to the positive? We will explore how what we think, feel, and our environment shapes our brains daily. Learn the science behind how you can rewire your brain and create lasting healthy changes in your life. Explore daily practices on how to decrease stress and anxiety and increase balance and ease to achieve optimal health and well-being.


Five Practices for Living Fully

What does it mean to be fully alive? Learning to Live explores three life changing events and the five practices learned. Life is the ultimate continuing educator. Realizing and living our true life is a sacred gift we all deserve. We will explore what it means to live from the inside out -body, mind, and spirit, to feel more fully alive.
